Return Policy
All sales made through Stock Max Liquidation are final. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances. All items are sold as is. Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise prior to leaving the store. Once an item leaves the store, Stock Max Liquidation is not responsible or liable for the condition, performance, or suitability of the product.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered for any purchases. The only exception applies to abandoned orders that are not picked up within seven (7) days of the order confirmation or ready-for-pickup notification and for which no pickup extension has been requested. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued minus a ten percent (10%) handling fee deducted from the total order amount.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted only for apparel and footwear in the event of a size issue and are subject to item availability. Size exchanges must be requested within three (3) days of pickup and are limited to items of equal value. All exchange items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, and proof of purchase is required. No price adjustments will be provided.
Pickup-Only Orders
All online orders placed with Stock Max Liquidation are available for in-store pickup only. Shipping is not offered. Orders must be picked up within seven (7) days of the order confirmation or ready-for-pickup notification. Items are considered accepted once they have been picked up from the store.
Abandoned Orders
Orders that are not picked up within the required seven (7) day pickup period and for which the customer has not contacted the store to request an extension will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders will be cancelled in accordance with the refund policy stated above.
Inventory Disclaimer
Online product listings represent only a portion of Stock Max Liquidation’s available inventory. Many items are available exclusively in store and may not appear online.
Electronics Policy
All electronics must be inspected and tested in store at the time of pickup. Customers are responsible for checking functionality and condition before leaving the premises. Store staff are available to assist with lifting, power access, or basic setup required for inspection upon request. Electronics are sold as is, and once an item leaves the store, Stock Max Liquidation is not responsible or liable for the item under any circumstances. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be provided.
Damages and Condition
Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of pickup. Any damages, defects, or issues must be reported to staff before leaving the store. Once an item leaves the premises, no claims will be honored.
