Welcome to Stock Max Liquidation! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stock Max Liquidation. Stock Max Liquidation operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Stock Max Liquidation is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing products, you may be required to provide certain information, including your email address and payment details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
All products sold by Stock Max Liquidation are liquidation, surplus, or clearance items and are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions and images; however, product condition, packaging, or appearance may vary, and colors may differ depending on device settings.
We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations or that they will be identical to images displayed online. All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at our sole discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Stock Max Liquidation reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been received and processed.
All sales are final. No refunds are offered. Exchanges, if permitted, are governed strictly by our Exchange Policy. Size exchanges are permitted only for apparel and footwear, subject to availability, and must be requested within three (3) days of pickup for items of equal value.
All online orders are pickup only. No shipping is offered. Items are considered accepted once they are picked up from the store. Cancellation requests may not be accommodated after an order has been accepted.
Purchases are for personal or household use only and may not be resold for commercial purposes.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices listed online may differ from in-store pricing. Taxes are applied as required by law.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider.
SECTION 5 – PICKUP ONLY (NO SHIPPING)
Stock Max Liquidation does not offer shipping or delivery services. All purchases must be picked up in store. Once an order is ready for pickup, customers will be notified by email. Orders will be held for seven (7) days from the date the “ready for pickup” notification is sent.
If a customer requires additional time for pickup, they must contact the store by email or phone within the three-day holding period to request an extension. Failure to pick up the order within the stated time frame, or failure to notify the store, may result in the order being cancelled at our discretion. Once an item has been picked up, risk of loss transfers to the customer, and Stock Max Liquidation is not responsible or liable for the item thereafter.
SECTION 6 – ELECTRONICS
All electronics must be inspected and tested in-store at the time of pickup. Customers are responsible for checking the functionality and condition of electronics before leaving the premises. Store staff are available to assist with lifting, access to power, or basic setup required for inspection upon request. All electronics are sold as is, and once an item leaves the store, Stock Max Liquidation is not responsible or liable for the item under any circumstances. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be provided.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is owned by Stock Max Liquidation or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of the Services is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available.” We have no control over these tools and assume no responsibility for their use.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.
SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Stock Max Liquidation is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and Stock Max Liquidation. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions conducted through our store.
SECTION 11 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK
Any feedback submitted grants Stock Max Liquidation a perpetual, royalty-free right to use such feedback for any purpose.
SECTION 13 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders if information is incorrect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stock Max Liquidation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
